CUNY, City College Review

CUNY, City College is a four-year, public college situated in New York City. It was started in 1847 and is the earliest college of the City University of New York. The university has one of the most various student bodies in the United States of America. It is the third-biggest university system in the United States.
The college consists of The Grove School of Engineering and the Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture, which are the only public institutions of those areas in New York City. 9 City College alumni are Nobel candidates, which is the most from any public college in the region. Notable alumni include HermanBadillo, Arlene Davila, Colin Powell, Lisa Nakamura, and others.
CUNY has its unique police force whose responsibilities are to secure and provide all individuals and faculty members, and impose all state and city rules at all of CUNY’s universities. The force has above 600 officers. It is one of the biggest police forces in New York.
The college enrolls around 13,000 undergraduate students and 3,000 graduate students. It takes part in NCAA Division III athletics, and the school symbolic figure is the Beaver.
